Let’s Build Something Great Together
Find Your Next Advantage in Lucas County
Comprehensive, data-driven site selection support for growing businesses.
The Lucas County Economic Development Corporation (LCEDC) helps businesses find the ideal location for growth and success. Our team works closely with companies, developers, and local partners to identify available properties, evaluate infrastructure and workforce assets, and connect you with key resources to streamline the decision-making process.
Whether you’re expanding, relocating, or launching a new operation, LCEDC offers the data, insights, and connections to make your site selection efficient, strategic, and seamless.
Lucas County's Site Readiness Program Is Leveling the Playing Field for Industrial Investment.
Our LCReady program gives landowners, communities, and developers a clear path to turning raw land into investment-ready sites.
The three-tier program — LCNavigate, LCEvaluate, and LCCertified — walks site owners through zoning and infrastructure assessment, funded due diligence (up to $100,000 available annually), and a market-ready certification recognized by regional and national site selectors.
Because when a company is evaluating locations, unprepared sites don't make the cut. LCReady makes sure Lucas County does.
